Kaz Scrubs Returns Policy
At Kaz Scrubs, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our returns process simple and hassle-free.
Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exclusions: Custom or personalised items, including our unique tie-dye scrubs, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate the Return: Email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Shipping: Attach the return label we provide By email and drop your package off at your nearest post office. For exchanges, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
