Kaz Scrubs Shipping Policy for Australian Customers

At Kaz Scrubs, we’re committed to getting your colourful and comfortable scrubs to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy for customers in Australia.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

• Cost: Free for orders over AUD 100. A flat rate of AUD 10 for orders under AUD 100.
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping:

• Cost: AUD 25.
• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
